Welcome new IT user

Welcome to Narai Hotel and Triple Two Silom IT system. We've created an e-mail account chatree@naraihotel.co.th for you. This helps ensure the flow of official e-mail between you and other staff or other business contacts and won't be affected by changes in your e-mail addresses, mail programs, or your Internet service provider. We encourage you to use this account as your primary e-mail address.
With your new account, you get:
1. Access from anywhere. Use a Web browser to access your mailbox from any computer that has an Internet connection.
2. Access from your desk. Use MS Outlook to access your mailbox from the computer assigning to you by our company.
3. Access to your other e-mail accounts. Use this account to send and receive mail from your other e-mail accounts. You can also use other e-mail programs to connect to your mailbox.
4. Access your mail from your mobile phone. Use your mobile phone to access your e-mail, voice mail, contacts, and calendar information.
5. Access to use our e-mail distribution list to send to multiple recipients using a single address:

To all secretaries: secretary@naraihotel.co.th .
To all department heads including GM, RM, and TTM: dh@naraihotel.co.th .

When you send an email to above e-mail distribution list, do not include other addresses in the same sending. Please send other addresses separately from the list as it would need my approval for release.

We create the temporary password that you use to sign in for the first time, but we recommend that you change this password as soon as possible so you're the only one who knows your password.

By using company e-mail address and computer network, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Do not send mail larger than 2MB at a time.
2. Do not send a single message to more than 10 addresses at a time.
3. Using MS Outlook, always move your read mail to a different folder rather than leaving them in the Inbox. Your advance option inside the outlook should clear up all emails from the server after receiving them.
4. Use only the account for which they have been authorized by the company, and comply with all restrictions applying to this account.
5. Prevent unauthorized access to every single account and computing resource provided to them by using passwords and other controls, and keep these passwords and access controls confidential at all times.
6. Never impersonate other users or any other person.
7. Ensure their accounts and computing resources are used only for authorized activities.
8. Never use accounts and computing resources for personal commercial purposes or financial gain.
9. Prevent their accounts and computing resources from being used by other people, including family, friends, acquaintances and other third parties.

14. Never use accounts or computing resources to try to gain unauthorized access to non-company resources.
15. Use sound security devices and methods to protect accounts and computing resources, such as regular password changes, anti-virus software and regular data back-up.
